Re: is The European Union Times legitimate?

"I am of the thinking that it is a Russian intelligence front.

Everything I read from them is classic psychological operations and they are not even good psychological operations. They mix truth with the Russian position on things and disinformation. The disinformation is really silly stuff. New age little green men lizard crap.People that are not aware of psychological operations and how most of the media is blizzard of psychological operations and agendas may fall for them in small numbers. A good example of this is when the birds died they wrote about Chemtrails which is true so if someone wakes up to Chemtrails after they read "The European Union Times" they may be instantly ready to trust the The European Union Times on everything. Americans do this with Fox and MSNBC all the time. Everything is a lie. One needs to have discernment at all times. The European Union Times does not have creditably in my book at all. Neither does Fox, MSNBC or The New York Times for that matter. You always need to use your filters."

M.N. It is, most likely, "a Russian intelligence front".
The question is, what is their goal and motivation for publishing this article:

on 4.21.15 with links to sources published in 2012?

And this is regardless of this very disturbing subject matter, which is a separate issue of its own. Below are some quotes, sources and copies of relevant articles and Google Searches.

"The FBI has been concerned about the presence of New Black Panther members since the August shooting of Michael Brown which sparked the months-long protests. In August, St. Louis Division of the FBI issued a warning that the New Black Panther Party along with its leader Chawn Kweli were in Ferguson to incite violence."

A Malik Shabazz did visit the White House in 2009 but it is not known if it’s the same Malik Shabazz.

Which 'Malik Shabazz' visited the White House?

It's increasingly likely that the White House was involved in the decision to drop the election intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and Big Government reminds us that the visitor's log indicates a Malik Shabazz visited there in July 2009. The White House has said it was a different Malik Shabazz, and Big Government asks which one, adding a timeline to show why it's likely it was the Black Panther's head Shabazz and not a stranger curiously sharing his name:
The idea that an individual named Malik Shabazz had a private meeting in the White House residence in July 2009 is highly relevant because throughout July, Congressmen Frank Wolf (R-VA) and Lamar Smith (R-TX) were beginning to ask questions about to the dropped charges against the NBPP. So was the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Here is a timeline, according to Adams:
* July 8, Representative Frank Wolf sent a letter to Judiciary Chairman John Conyers and Ranking Member Lamar Smith demanding hearings before the House Judiciary Committee.
* July 9, Ten members of the House sent a letter demanding the DOJ Inspector General open an investigation.
* July 13, The Dept. of Justice replied but their letter contained factual inaccuracies about the case
* July 17 Smith and Wolf send a swift and pointed rebuttal
* July 20, Low-level DOJ staffers were sent to the Hill to brief Wolf on the Panther story, but Wolf threw them out of his office claiming they weren't being truthful to him.
* July 22, Wolf sent another letter to Attorney General Eric Holder demanding answers.
* July 24, Portia Robinson, intergovernmental liaison at DOJ, sent a letter to the Civil Rights Commission trying to deflect attention.
* July 25, a man named Malik Shabazz visited the exclusive, private residence in the White House.
* July 30, the Washington Times broke the news that top political appointee, Tom Perrelli (the #3 official at Justice) was involved in the dismissal of the case. Perrelli was also a top campaign bundler for Obama.
The White House has assured the American people that the Malik Shabazz that visited the White House at that time is not the same Malik Shabazz at the center of the New Black Panther story. But, the White House has not provided any information to verify its contention or who this "other" Malik Shabazz is.

Transparency like you’ve never seen before | The White House

A lot of people visit the White House, up to 100,000 each month, with many of those folks coming to tour the buildings. Given this large amount of data, the records we are publishing today include a few “false positives” – names that make you think of a well-known person, but are actually someone else. In September, requests were submitted for the names of some famous or controversial figures (for example Michael Jordan, William Ayers, Michael Moore, Jeremiah Wright, Robert Kelly ("R. Kelly"), and Malik Shabazz). The well-known individuals with those names never actually came to the White House. Nevertheless, we were asked for those names and so we have included records for those individuals who were here and share the same names.

Did the New Black Panther Leader Visit the White House?

The White House visitor’s log — just about the only source of information regularly opened to journalists by the most transparent administration since the execution of Johan van Oldenbarnevelt in 1619 — indicates that a Malik Shabazz visited the Obama White House in July, 2009.
Coincidentally, the New Black Panthers Party, against which Eric Holder’s Department of Justice dropped its election intimidation case that year, is chaired by a Malik Shabazz.
But they’re not the same people, the White House insists.
They claim the private meeting in the White House was held with … some other Malik Shabazz.
Gee, with all the Malik Shabazzes out there with the national prominence necessary to secure an invitation to the White House, we may never know who this really was.
Even though, as far as we know, there’s only one Malik Shabazz with a proven prior relationship with Barack Obama.
And that, apparently, is just how President Barack Obama wants it, as his administration has failed to respond to a follow-up request for more information on the identity of this particular Malik Shabazz, according to American Thinker.
In fact, the only hope the American people may have of uncovering the truth regarding this private meeting might be to ask the chairman of the New Black Panthers Party himself.
Sure, he’s a radical black militant who has promised violence in the wake of the grand jury decision not to indict then-officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown.
But as far as I know, he’s not a liar.
Which is more than I can say for anyone currently occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Please share this article on Twitter and Facebook if you agree that there’s something very fishy about Malik Shabazz visiting the White House in 2009 — and what the Obama administration has to say about it today.

Black Panthers To “Build Up Army” To Kill Cops In 2015
Robert Gehl
The former leader of the New Black Panther Party said his group will “build up an army” in the new year to battle with police and said there will be events that are “gonna seem tragic to white America and may even shock our own consciences.”
On Malik Zulu Shabazz’s radio program, he called on his followers to “build up that army. Right now it’s time for us to build up those corps, those troops. It’s time to get strong. It’s time for lifting weights and working out and going to the gun range and all of that.”
Among the things that will “shock” consciences is the murder of police officers, WND.com is reporting.
“Sadly because America won’t do justice to black people, more and more people are going to lose balance and go off, and so we’re going to have funerals. Mike Brown gonna have funerals, Eric Garner in New York,” Shabazz said. “All over the country, we’re having our funerals, but now they must put on their dress blues and have their funerals, too. It’s a helluva day in this hour.”
Shabazz is a violent, racist terrorist (even the Southern Poverty Law Center calls him “a racist black nationalist with a long, well-documented history of violently anti-Semitic remarks and accusations about the inherent evil of white people”).
It’s this type of person that President Obama appeared and marched with as he campaigned for President in Selma, Alabama in 2007.obamashabazz
In fact, during the 2008 campaign, Obama’s website proudly proclaimed his support from the New Black Panther Party.new_black_panther_party_barack_obama
So what is Shabazz expecting from President Obama as he prepares for his race war in 2015?

Obama Administration Ignores the New Black Panthers As They Prepare for a Race War – Audio

The New Black Panthers, a black separatist, anti-captialist group, are preparing for a race war and just as Barack Obama allies with foreign enemies like Iran and Cuba, he is somewhat aligned with the New Black Panthers, similar in a way to Karl Marx’ alignment with his useful idiots.
It’s ironic that the non-violent traditionalist Tea Party were called terrorists but the New Black Panthers are ignored by the administration and the media by-and-large. The IRS tried to find criminal charges to level against the Tea Party but can’t seem to find any significant charges to level against the New Black Panthers, even when they try to bomb the St. Louis Arch.
NPP1rp_teas-in-StLouis-400x258.jpg
The NBPPs are an anti-Semitic, anti-white hate group that seeks separation from whites in all things.
On last week’s episode of their official broadcast on Black Power Radio, the former national chairman of the party and the current national president of Black Lawyers for Justice, Malkik Zulu Shabazz said 2015 is the time to “build up that army” and go “to the gun range” to combat police.
Shabazz predicted coming events “that are gonna seem tragic to white America and may even shock our own consciences,” including the killing of police officers.
Killing of police has “nothing to do with them”, Shabazz claimed, it’s the people who are “inspired” by all the police murders of blacks.
Shabazz said “And Mister Malcolm X, he consistently teaches us self defense. The most honorable Elijah Muhammad continuously teaches us self defense. The honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey teaches us self-defense, and we know, our leader and our teacher the honorable Khalid Abdul Muhammad teaches us self-defense. What am I saying? Right now it’s time to build up that army. Right now it’s time for us to build up those corps, those troops. It’s time to get strong. It’s time for lifting weights and working out and going to the gun range and all of that.”
Listen:
It’s not really about self-defense. They call themselves the NBPP or the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense. The organization was founded in 1989 in Texas. It is currently led by Hashim Nzinga. They are violent and stir up violence.
Shabazz is a Nation of Islam member who advocated genocide against whites.
“I say, if they don’t get out of town, we kill the men, we kill the women, we kill the children, we kill the babies, we kill the blind, we kill the cripple, we kill the crazy, we kill the (gays), we kill the lesbians, I say (expletive deleted) we kill them all,” Khalid Muhammad said. “If they are white, kill ‘em all.”
In 2012, the NBPs or NBPPs called for killing “a cracker for Trayvon.”
Breitbart picked up audio in 2012 in which they said, get “suited, booted, and armed up for this race war that we’re in that has never ended” against “honkies, these crackers, these pigs, these people, these motherf**krs…”
After Michael Brown was shot in Ferguson, Shabazz said in an interview on Fox News radio that he was calling for a “black rebellion” against the “wicked world order”. He said blacks “have as much right to rebel against American society are America did against the British.”
“The white media has not been fair to black people or black leaders,” he said, claiming the police are “murdering us.”
He alleged that he was not calling for violence, but he would not condemn it either. “The authority of the white man and white America is illegitimate – you have been killing us for 400 years.”
The New Black Panthers are one of the groups “staying the course” over Ferguson as Barack Obama asked race whore Al Sharpton to do.
Recently the New Black Panther Party (NBP) plotted to bomb the St. Louis’ Gateway Arch and murder law enforcement officials – prosecutor Robert McCulloch and Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson. The DOJ could only find two members to indict and they only found two minor gun charges to indict them on. They even ignored the pipe bombs they planned to use.
Olajuwon Ali [Davis] and Brandon Muhammad [Baldwin] were the two indicted on the gun charges. The St. Louis Dispatch reported that Davis was the ring leader and was to plant a pipe bomb on the arch. When they were charged, they railed about the “baseless” and “trumped up” charges as minimal as they were.
The two were very involved in the violent riots in Ferguson.
These are domestic terrorists who are getting soft treatment. Former DOJ lawyer J. Christian Adams warned us in 2009 that the DOJ was going to prosecute white crimes but not black crime. It perplexed Adams.
In 2011, Adams wrote a book, “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department,” in which he exposed the Obama-Holder racial agenda. He published a photo of Obama marching with the NBPs in 2007 when he was a presidential candidate (see photo below).
Obama with NBP
The following photos of Obama with uniformed NBPs made the rounds in 2007 before the election.
Obama and uniformed NBPP Obama dn NBPP_1
Breitbart circulated the photos and he was denounced for trying to tie Obama with the NBPs.
The march in the photo wasn’t a case of Obama marching with the NBPs per se. It was a march to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the march in Selma. Thousands marched though Barack Obama did share the podium with the NBPs.
In the least, Obama was not very selective. It would be no different than a right-wing politician walking with David Duke and then sharing the podium with him.
Hillary Clinton was at the march as well though there are no pictures of her with the NPBs that we could find. She was speaking at a church about a mile away when the photos above were taken.
A Malik Shabazz did visit the White House in 2009 but it is not known if it’s the same Malik Shabazz.
We now see the Obama administration letting them get away with serious crimes and all the denunciations of Andrew Breitbart seem less serious.
If you look at the NBP poster in the first photo, you will see that Obama and the NBPs have like goals – demanding justice in the schoolhouse and the jailhouse. They believe that the problems of black crime are due to injustice inflicted by the white man.
Adams said the NBPs “have a visceral hatred of three things: The white man, America, and Jews, and they will do anything they can to destabilize America,” as reported in the Free Beacon in early December.
The NBPs see themselves as an offshoot of the Black Panthers who terrorized the country in the 1960s and 1970s but the Black Panthers have clearly rejected them.
They became famous overnight when the DOJ refused to indict them after intimidating voters at a Pennsylvania polling place.
The NBPs involve themselves in every race case that comes up from the Duke LaCrosse players to Trayvon Martin to Brown and Garner.
In 2013, the FBI reported that the NBPs set up “a team to conduct online research against and ‘go after’ police officers who shot and injured black males.”
The report, summarized by the Beacon, stated that “They fund extremist activity through both violent and white collar crimes and target, [U.S. government], military, and law enforcement personnel and facilities in retaliation for alleged oppression and past wrongdoing.”
The report “2013 National Threat Assessment for Domestic Extremism”, dated Aug. 13, 2014, says “They have the potential to respond to racially charged social and political events with violence.”
The report also said black extremists engage in crimes including mortgage fraud, counterfeiting, drug, and weapons trafficking and showed “a desire to form relationships with foreign entities.”
The report concluded that they have the potential to ignite the same racial tensions we saw in the 1960s and 1970s.
The Washington Free Beacon provided a good summary of their trail of terror which is always ignored by Barack Obama and Eric Holder.
The Obama administration likes to portray them as a small, innocuous group of fools.
They have stirred racial hatred and rioting wherever they’ve shown up. They have been declared a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti-Defamation League, and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Why do they merit soft treatment?
Are they doing the bidding of the administration? It’s important to stay out of the weeds when trying to explain the administration’s actions but they do have like goals with the NBPP. The NBPs play the role of useful idiots well as the administration moves towards fundamentally transforming our legal, financial, and government organizations.
The question is whether Barack Obama will do anything to stop these terrorists or does the end justify the means?

Two men have been arrested by FBI and indicted on weapons charges near St.Louis, Missouri. According to CBS news source the suspects were allegedly plotting to set off pipe bombs amid the ongoing Ferguson protests.
Another law enforcement official confirmed to Reuters that two men were suspected of buying explosives which they planned to detonate during protests in Ferguson.
The suspects were arrested by the federal agents on Thursday as part of an undercover operation in St. Louis after they attempted to buy firearms under false pretenses, according to the unsealed federal indictment. The official source told Reuters on condition of anonymity that the suspects were trying to acquire explosives for pipe bombs.
On Friday the suspects identified as Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Davis were indicted on weapons charges for making purchases of two handguns at the Cabela’s sporting goods store in Hazelwood.
According to the indictment, between November 1 and 13 the men acquired two Hi-Point .45 ACP pistols but the weapons were intended to be handed over to someone else.
A police source also said the investigation leading to the arrest spanned several months. Local and federal authorities executed search warrants at two residences in north St. Louis County. The sourcetold St. Louis Today that the raids produced information that the detained had planned to obtain illegal weapons to do harm to law enforcement and the public.
After the arrest, one of the leaders of the New Black Panther Party, Chawn Kweli, posted a message on his blog blaming the operation on Counter Intelligence Program (COINTELPRO).
“The wicked enemies of black people use lies and deceit to confuse the masses and misdirect the legitimate aspirations of the black power movement,” Kweli wrote. “As seen, in St. Louis, Mo, with the arrest of Chairman Olajawon Ali, and other activist ahead of the decision on whether to indict Officer Darren Wilson for killing Mike Brown – or not!”
The FBI has been concerned about the presence of New Black Panther members since the August shooting of Michael Brown which sparked the months-long protests. In August, St. Louis Division of the FBI issued a warning that the New Black Panther Party along with its leader Chawn Kweli were in Ferguson to incite violence.
As residents continue to wait on a decision of the grand jury currently deliberating whether to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson for the killing of Brown, the FBI has sent approximately 100 agents to the St. Louis area. Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has also declared a state of emergency and called in 400 National Guard troops to back up police in case of public outrage over the decision.

Did Eric Holder Commit Perjury in Black Panther Voter Intimidation Case? Watchdog Publishes Some Revealing Documents | Video

Judicial Watch: Eric Holder May Have Committed Perjury in New Black Panther Party Voter Intimidation Case
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder (AP Photo/Alan Diaz, File)
A conservative watchdog group on Wednesday questioned the accuracy of sworn testimony given by Attorney General Eric Holder in the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) voter intimidation case. Questions surrounding Holder’s testimony come in the wake of a recent court ruling that also calls into question the veracity of sworn testimony from Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez regarding the Justice Department’s decision to drop its voter intimidation lawsuit against the group.
Documents recently obtained by Judicial Watch indicate that top political appointees at the DOJ were closely involved in the decision to dismiss the NBPP lawsuit, which multiple DOJ officials, including Holder, have denied in their sworn testimony. The group claims that the records, which include internal DOJ email correspondence, “directly contradict testimony by Perez, who testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights that no political leadership was involved in the decision.”
Judicial Watch secured the documents pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit:Judicial Watch v. Department of Justice.
The DOJ initially refused to turn over the documents, arguing they didn’t show “any political interference whatsoever.” However, a federal judge disagreed with their assertion and in a July 23, 2012 ruling, Judge Reggie B. Walton in Washington, D.C. District Court ruled:
The documents reveal that political appointees within DOJ were conferring about the status and resolution of the New Black Panther Party case in the days preceding the DOJ’s dismissal of claims in that case, which would appear to contradict Assistant Attorney General Perez’s testimony that political leadership was not involved in that decision. Surely the public has an interest in documents that cast doubt on the accuracy of government officials’ representations regarding the possible politicization of agency decisionmaking.
The DOJ filed its lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party following an incident that occurred outside a polling station in Philadelphia in November of 2008. Former President George W. Bush was still in office. According to video and multiple witnesses, members of NBPP stood in front of the entrance of the polling station, one holding a club, and intimidated voters by using racial epithets and questioning people of their voting intentions.
Judicial Watch: Eric Holder May Have Committed Perjury in New Black Panther Party Voter Intimidation Case
(Source: YouTube)
Going against the recommendation of its own advisers, the Obama DOJ dismissed the majority of charges. According to Judicial Watch, current and former DOJ attorneys “have alleged in sworn testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights that the Holder DOJ’s NBPP and other civil rights-related decisions are made on the basis of race and political affiliation.”
And now the testimony the attorney general himself is being called into question for seemingly misleading testimony. On March 1, 2011, Holder testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies and said:
“The decisions made in the New Black Panther Party case were made by career attorneys in the department. And beyond that, you know, if we’re going to look at the record, let’s look at it in its totality.”
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled against the DOJ after reviewing documents that included email correspondence between two political appointees: former Democratic election lawyer and current Deputy Associate Attorney General Sam Hirsch and Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli.
The subject of the email? “Fw: New Black Panther Party Update.” Hirsch writes:
Tom,
I need to discuss this with you tomorrow morning. I’ll send you another email on this shortly.
If you want to discuss it this evening, please let me know which number to call and when.
Further, according to Judicial Watch, there are still documents that describe the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case that the Obama administration continues to withhold. These documents allegedly include a description of a May 13 “email chain” that shows involvement of political appointees in the NBPP decision.
Taken directly from the DOJ’s Motion for Summary Judgment filing:
Acting DAAG [Steven Rosenbaum] advising his supervising Acting AAG [Loretta King] of DASG’s [Hirsch’s] request for a memorandum by the Acting DAAG reviewing various options, legal strategies, and different proposals of relief as related to each separate defendant. Acting DAAG forwarding emails from Appellate Section Chief’s and Appellate Attorney’s with their detailed legal analyses including the application of constitutional provisions and judicial precedent to strategies and relief under consideration in the ongoing NBPP litigation, as well as an assessment of the strength of potential legal arguments, and presenting different possible scenarios in the litigation. [Emphasis added]
More form Judicial Watch:
In fact, political appointee Sam Hirsch sent an April 30, 2009, e-mail to Steven Rosenbaum (then-Acting Assistant Deputy Attorney General for Civil Rights in charge of voting rights) thanking Rosenbaum for “doing everything you’re doing to make sure that this case is properly resolved.” The next day, the DOJ began to reverse course on its NBPP voter intimidation lawsuit.
Regarding the Attorney General’s knowledge of the NBPP decision, Judicial Watch also obtained two e-mail reports sent by former Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Loretta King to Holder.
The first report, entitled “Weekly Report for the Week ending May 8, 2009,” was sent on May 12, 2009, notes: “On May 15, 2009, pursuant to court order, the Department will file a motion for default judgment against at least some of the defendants” in the NBPP lawsuit. The report further notes that the NBPP “has been identified as a racist hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti-Defamation League and the founders and members of the original Black Panther Party.”
The second report, entitled “Weekly Report for the Week ending May 15, 2009,” was sent on May 18, 2009, demonstrates that the DOJ did an abrupt reversal on the NBPP issue: “On May 15, 2009, the Department voluntarily dismissed its claims” against the NBPP and two of the defendants, the report noted. The DOJ moved for default judgment against only one defendant.
“It is becoming increasingly clear that the leadership of the Justice Department, including Attorney General Holder, has a problem with truth. There needs to be an independent investigation into whether Messrs. Holder and Perez committed perjury in testifying under oath about the Black Panther controversy,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement.

Black Panther Boss Who Got Off For Voter Intimidation Arrested

The Obama Justice Department let the New Black Panther Party off the hook for voter intimidation in a federal election but this week the radical group leader, King Samir Shabazz, who led that effort got busted on gun charges.
New York police spotted Shabazz wearing a bulletproof vest in Harlem, stopped him and discovered he was carrying a loaded and unlicensed gun, according to a newspaper report in Shabazz’s hometown of Philadelphia. He was jailed and slapped with charges of illegal gun possession and illegally wearing body armor. Now he could actually go to jail.
This is the same thug who says black people should create militias to exterminate whites, skin them alive, pour acid on them, sick pit bulls on them, bust their heads with rocks and even raid nurseries to “kill everything white in sight.” The same newspaper quotes the Black Panther leader, a Philly street preacher, on a black-power radio show: “I would love nothing more than to come home with a cracker’s head in my book bag.”
The news article points out that “such sentiment hasn’t gotten him arrested.” But Shabazz did get charged for violating federal law during the 2008 presidential election when he and his Black Panther posse blocked a polling station in Philadelphia, clad in paramilitary outfits and brandishing weapons. The Black Panthers intimidated voters as well as poll watchers by verbally threatening them, hurling profanities and racial epitaphs.
Under the 1965 Voting Rights Act, the Department of Justice (DOJ) brought a voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers, which have been labeled a hate group by a number of leftwing nonprofits for their anti-white and anti-Semitic rhetoric. For instance, the Southern Poverty Law Center, a civil rights organization dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry, describes the Black Panthers as a“virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers.”
Led by Shabazz, the Black Panthers violated the section of the Voting Rights Act that prohibits intimidation, coercion or threats against any person for voting or attempting to vote, according to thecomplaint filed by the feds in 2009 in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. The DOJ also pursued an injunction preventing any future deployment of or display of weapons by Black Panther members at the entrance of a polling location.
But a few months later the Obama DOJ quietly dropped the charges and it all disappeared like a bad dream. Judicial Watch investigated and after suing the DOJ, obtained explosive documents that show Obama political appointees were intimately involved in the decision to dismiss the voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers. The documents directly contradict sworn testimony by Obama’s Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, Thomas Perez, that no political leadership was involved in the decision.
Adding to the scandal, a veteran DOJ civil rights attorney who worked on the Black Panther caseaccused the agency of racial bias for dropping charges against the group and resigned over the “corrupt nature of the dismissal.” During testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, the whistleblower, J. Christian Adams, said there’s a pervasive and open hostility towards equal enforcement of the law in the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.

Anderson Cooper Exposes New Black Panther Party Racism [Video]

CNN’s Anderson Cooper grilled New Black Panther Party spokesman, Minister Mikhail Muhammad, over his group’s involvement in the Trayvon Martin case, exposing the party’s racism.
Cooper: But I mean, just—factually speaking, what you’re saying does not make sense that under the Constitution you can make a citizens’ arrest. You can’t arrest somebody if they have not been charged with anything that’s still being investigated.
Muhammad: Well, according to the street law, he has been charged with murder.
Cooper: According to the what?
Muhammad: We have 40—30,000 people out here today—according to street law, according to God’s law. Andy, I want to say I don’t obey the white man’s law, I don’t follow the American law. The American law—the American law does not protect me, Anderson. I’m not a citizen. So I have no right to respect American law. So we decided to (unintelligible) language, to put pressure on the United Snakes, because these are snakes, government to arrest him. Because when the people find him, he may not be alive. So do your job. Do your job.
Muhammad kept up his rant, and Cooper, to his credit, didn’t back down. He asked him if the party wasn’t just trying to get in front of the cameras, and pointed out that even the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center has labeled them a hate group.
We don’t know all the facts in this case yet, but we do know that the New Black Panthers are not welcome by the family and are only fanning the flames of racism by their participation.

Anderson Cooper And New Black Panther Leader Clash Over Group Meddling In Trayvon Martin Case

by Frances Martel | 11:18 pm, March 26th, 2012
The New Black Panther Party: they exist, and they have somehow squeezed themselves into a corner of the Trayvon Martin tragedy, no matter how much no one else– particularly Martin’s parents– want them around. But they are calling for a “citizen’s arrest” of George Zimmerman and leader Minister Mikhail Muhammad spoke to Anderson Cooper today to try to explain just what his group was doing. In the process, he “indicted” Zimmerman with “1st degree murder” and accused Cooper of not “caring about the Martin family.”
“He committed murder, he committed a hate crime,” Muhammad told Cooper, explaining, “we decided to take it upon ourselves and coalition with other groups, with other black people who have had enough.” Cooper tried to explain two key faults in their plan: that Zimmerman hadn’t been charged with anything, and “Trayvon’s parents don’t want you.” Neither seemed to matter. “We are military, we are here to support Trayvon’s family,” Muhammad argued, bizarrely, later adding they weren’t really doing this for Trayvon Martin– “they have killed millions of black men and women so not only are we calling for justice for Trayvon.”
“You tell our justice department and Eric Holder and our President Obama to get off up their ass and do the work and the rest is done!” Muhammad argued, then trying to convince Cooper that “we can make a citizen’s arrest when the government will not do their job according to the Constitution.” “Factually… that doesn’t make any sense,” Cooper replied, but Muhammad wasn’t having it. “I don’t obey the white man’s law,” he replied, adding, “you don’t care about Trayvon’s family.”
“You have no idea what’s in my heart or my mind, or what I’ve been reporting,” Cooper replied politely, and asking him to explain why the Southern Poverty Law Center “says you’re a hate group.” The answer? “The white man cannot call anybody anti-Semitic, he is not Semitic, he is a racist, a murderer…” It was that kind of interview.

Racist Skinhead’s Wife Behind European ‘News’ Website

The online news site European Union Times (EUT) — which recently “broke” a story about President Obama preparing for an imminent civil war — is being cited as a credible source by several libertarian bloggers who are hyping the story.
It turns out the EUT was created in October and is registered to the wife of a racist skinhead gang member who was involved in a bizarre stabbing incident last month.
The story began on Dec. 9 when the EUT reported that Obama has ordered 200,000 troops to be redeployed to the U.S. Northern Command in preparation for a civil war within the United States before the end of winter.
Since then, it has been cited by blogger Michael Gaddy on LewRockwell.com and by former Constitution Party presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin on his own website.
Gaddy, a regular on the racist “Political Cesspool” radio program, wrote that the EUT story shows a financial collapse or a confiscation of firearms may be imminent. Baldwin said the supposedly ominous events described in the EUT story explain the construction of detention camps to hold U.S. citizens, even though there is no evidence that camps exist.
The European Union Times isn’t exactly a venerable news source akin to, say, The Associated Press. It is registered to Jessica Nachtman, wife of Christopher Nachtman. [Editor's note: After the initial posting of this blog item, Jessica Nachtman wrote Hatewatch to say that she merely provides Web hosting for "a European who lives abroad," who she declined to identify further. She said she does not publish or modify any of the site's content.] Christopher Nachtman is a former member of the neo-Nazi group National Alliance who more recently has been active in Volksfront, a racist skinhead group.
In October, Nachtman stabbed another man during an altercation at a luxury hotel in Palm Beach County, where Holocaust revisionist David Irving was giving a talk. No charges have been filed. The man who was stabbed, John Kopko, has also been involved in neo-Nazi activities in the past. Irving was quoted at the time as saying that Christopher Nachtman attended the event with his wife, Jessica, whom he said might open a bookstore and sell his books. The Nachtmans live in the semi-rural community of Loxahatchee in Palm Beach County, records show. [Editor's note: In her note to Hatewatch, Jessica Nachtman described herself as a "White Racialist," but not a Hitler worshipper. She said she "respectfully" quit the neo-Nazi White Revolution hate group after the stabbing incident and added that the white nationalist movement "is full of dirt bags, criminals, and unstable people," along with a a few responsible and intelligent people.]
As for Gaddy, he has been a constant contributor to LewRockwell.com over the past five years, writing repeatedly of his love of guns and his disdain for the “ruling elite” and the “criminal government.” He was among several people who filed numerous on-the-scene reports to Political Cesspool from the Mexican-U.S. border in 2005 in conjunction with the original Minuteman Project. Those reports drew praise from David Duke on his website.

The European Union Times claims to be a news site. Its articles on Barack Obama have been linked from a few Libertarian Tea Party blogs, presumably pleased to find what is apparently a news site that supports some of their views. It even has lots of mainstream advertising served by ContextWeb! Eminently respectable to all appearances.
Upon closer inspection, however, it is little more than a compiler and regurgitator of various news stories and a particularly unpleasant far-right-leaning blog. The reporting is, without exception, shockingly unprofessional. Do not be fooled by the nice WordPress theme — this is utter neo-Nazibollocks.
Examples of xenophobicanti-Semitic and racist bias abound. Note, for example, how many article titles unnecessarily point out the ethnicity of people accused of carrying out crimes.[1][2][3] Note also the sheer amount of articles relating to Israel or Jewish people in general.[4][5] More bias? Here, have a load of nonsensical Obama bashing.[6][7][8]

[edit] Mindless propagation of idiocy

In addition to the raging xenophobia, the European Union Times strays deeply into tinfoil hat territory. For example, it regularly re-publishes the hilarious "reports" of "Sorcha Faal", which means that it is either subscribed (i.e., paying) for the Sorcha Faal feed, or close to the original source. If you see a headline that is really "out there" (for example, US Earthquake Weapon Test Fails Again, Destroys New Zealand City[9]), scroll to the bottom and have a look at the "Source" link. If it points to whatdoesitmean.com, it's the handwork of "Sorcha". (That article also contains a massive research fail — it quotes the Russian Space Forces command (VKS) as its source, but the link "VKS" leads to the site of a Russian industrial company,VKS.ru!) The EUTimes has also re-published material from Pravda Online, another site dedicated to conspiracy theories, such as a 2010 article about alien spaceships attacking Earth in 2012.[10] It's unclear if they actually believe this stuff or they just think that their readers are gullible morons.

[edit] European?

For a supposedly Europe-centric news site, it is interesting to see how many of the stories have absolutely nothing to do with Europe, but instead report on American matters (see aforementioned Obama conspiracy pandering). If the title wasn't enough, the site's About section offers no concrete information at all.[11] No staff list, no address, no history, nothing. What it does do is claim that this shitbubble of a site is "an international newspaper based in Europe [emphasis added] with operational branches in America and Canada". Interestingly, the domain name is very much notregistered in Europe.[12]
With all of the above taken into consideration, the political affiliation (and indeed geographical location) of the site's creators is perhaps not surprising.[13] Oh, and they happily 'quote' David Duke.[14]

[edit] Quality as a source

Almost every piece of information the site proffers about the world and, more worryingly, itself, is a demonstrably deliberate falsehood. Anyone who takes the site seriously, despite the evidence of its utter unreliability and lunatic views which springs to the eye almost immediately upon visiting it, is either a Nazi, a blind ideologue or a complete idiot.

Black Racist Group Plotted Bombing, Assassination but Charged with Gun Crime

The communist and racist New Black Panther Party plotted to bomb St. Louis’ Gateway Arch and assassinate local law enforcement officials, but the Justice Department so far has limited its prosecution of the group to an indictment of two members on minor gun charges.
The soft treatment for activities that normally would have brought federal terrorism charges appears to be part of efforts by Attorney General Eric Holder and the Justice Department to “go soft” on the racist group, according to former Justice official J. Christian Adams.
“I have always been perplexed why these guys get special treatment,” said Adams, who worked in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division and noted a similar conciliatory legal treatment of New Black Panther Party members in a 2008 case of voter intimidation by the group in Philadelphia.
Justice Department spokesman Marc Raimondi declined to comment on the Black Panther bomb plot and would not say whether additional charges in the case are pending.
In the earlier case against the Panthers, voter intimidation charges were dropped by the Justice Department against the Panthers, and charges were downgraded against one group member, King Shabazz, in what critics say was an effort to show official favoritism toward the group.
Adams’ 2011 book, “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department,” includes a photograph of then presidential candidate Barack Obama marching in Selma, Alabama, with members of the New Black Panther Party in March 2007.
Two members of the Panthers, Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis, were indicted Nov. 19 on federal weapons charges in St. Louis. The two-page indictment, however, made no mention of the bombing or assassination plot. It stated that the two men had made false statements to a Cabela’s sporting goods store in seeking to purchase two .45 caliber pistols.
Adams said he viewed the U.S. attorney’s failure to include the pipe bomb charges in the indictment as a significant omission. The use of pipe bombs in a conspiracy or plot normally would result in filing of federal terrorism charges, he said. “Here, once again, you have Justice giving these guys soft treatment,” Adams said in an interview.
St. Louis police spokeswoman Shron Jackson declined to comment on the case and referred questions to the U.S. attorney in St. Louis. The U.S. attorney’s office referred questions to the Justice Department.
“I am not commenting period, other than to relay to you that the only document released by the court is the indictment,” said Marc Raimondi, a Justice Department spokesman, adding that he would not confirm or deny that additional charges related to the bomb plot may be pending.
Raimondi did not respond when asked if handling of the St. Louis case indicated that the Justice Department was not pursuing alleged New Black Panther Party criminal activities aggressively.
The Panther plot was uncovered by St. Louis police who apparently had the group under surveillance. According to news reports, New Black Panther Party members discussed using pipe bombs to blow up the Gateway Arch. The plot also called for killing St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch and Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported last week, quoting sources close to the investigation.
The newspaper stated that Davis was the leader of the plot and that it called for planting an explosive device in the observation deck at the top of the arch.
Police raided two St. Louis buildings as part of the probe although documents in the case have been sealed. Further charges in the case were expected, the newspaper reported Nov. 27.
The indictment of Baldwin and Davis came three days before the decision by a county grand jury not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown. The decision set off burning and looting in Ferguson and racially charged protests around the country.
The New Black Panther Party issued a statement denouncing the gun charges against Baldwin and Davis a “bold faced lie” and “frame up.”
“We believe the charges against Olajuwon Ali [Davis] and Brandon Muhammad [Baldwin] to be trumped up and baseless,” the statement said.
Regarding reports the two were linked to plans to blow up the Arch and kill police during the Ferguson racial unrest, the group said the allegations are “totally unfounded” and contrary to New Black Panther Party rules.
“The New Black Panther Party, does not teach, endorse, or allow its members to commit acts of violence against anyone regardless to the circumstance, unless in imminent danger according to the rules of self-defense,” the statement said
If the two members are found guilty of illegal acts, they will be expelled from the party, the statement said.
On the Panther Party, Adams, the former Justice Department official, said: “These people have a visceral hatred of three things: The white man, America, and Jews, and they will do anything they can to destabilize America.”
The Party has exploited racial tensions in Ferguson to spread its separatist agenda, Adams said.
Davis, who identified himself as “minister of law” for the New Black Panther Party’s Missouri chapter, told supporters at a rally in October that the shooting of Brown was “not the first … and it won’t be the last, if we do not unite,” the Post-Dispatch reported.
“Divided, we lose brothers and sisters,” Davis said. “If you do not unite, put aside your difference and unite, you can expect no changes in the future. We must change our minds, our systems and ourselves.”
The group is an offshoot of the 1970s radical group the Black Panthers. It began operating in 1990 and the group’s web site contains the statement that the sole purpose of a Black Panther is “to be a revolutionary in the Black/Afrikan People’s liberation struggle, and to mobilize the masses towards self determination.”
Adams said the Panthers also called for the seizure of George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, for his role in 2012 shooting of Black teen Trayvon Martin in Florida.
The group also sought to exploit the 2006 claim by a black stripper that she was raped by a group of Duke University lacrosse players. That case eventually fell apart after the accuser was determined to be lying.
According to Adams, the Obama administration has sought to play down the capabilities and threat posed by the group. “The narrative they use is that the group is a bunch of low-level jokers,” he said.
An FBI annual report on domestic extremism stated that in October 2013 the New Black Panther Party was planning to set up “a team to conduct online research against and ‘go after’ police officers who shot and injured black males.”
The report said black separatist extremists like the New Black Panther Party “seek physical, social, political and economic separation from non-blacks.”
“They fund extremist activity through both violent and white collar crimes and target, [U.S. government], military, and law enforcement personnel and facilities in retaliation for alleged oppression and past wrongdoing,” the report “2013 National Threat Assessment for Domestic Extremism” says. The report is dated Aug. 13, 2014.
“They have the potential to respond to racially charged social and political events with violence.”
The report said black extremists engage in crimes including mortgage fraud, counterfeiting, drug, and weapons trafficking and showed “a desire to form relationships with foreign entities.”
The threat posed by black separatist extremists “remained static” in 2012 and 2013. However, the movement could expand this year through leadership charges, support from like-minded extremist groups and “high profile racially charged crimes or events, or certain specific U.S. foreign policy actions,” the report said.
“Black separatist extremists may also seek stronger ties with foreign governments in exchange for financial resources,” the assessment stated, adding that “barring significant developments,” the threat from black extremists would remain low.
An alternative analysis in the report warned that black extremists “could reinitiate violence at historically high levels seen for the movement in the 1970s, when bombings, assassinations, hijackings, and hostage-takings occurred.”

The New Black Panther Party is a virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers. Founded in Dallas, the group today is especially active on the East Coast, from Boston to Jacksonville, Fla. The group portrays itself as a militant, modern-day expression of the black power movement (it frequently engages in armed protests of alleged police brutality and the like), but principals of the original Black Panther Party of the 1960s and 1970s— a militant, but non-racist, left-wing organization — have rejected the new Panthers as a "black racist hate group" and contested their hijacking of the Panther name and symbol.
    In Its Own Words
"Our lessons talk about the bloodsuckers of the poor… . It's that old no-good Jew, that old imposter Jew, that old hooked-nose, bagel-eating, lox-eating, Johnny-come-lately, perpetrating-a-fraud, just-crawled-out-of-the-caves-and-hills-of-Europe, so-called damn Jew … and I feel everything I'm saying up here is kosher."
    — Khalid Abdul Muhammad, one of the party's future leaders, Baltimore, Md., Feb. 19, 1994
"Kill every goddamn Zionist in Israel! Goddamn little babies, goddamn old ladies! Blow up Zionist supermarkets!"
—Malik Zulu Shabazz, the party's national chairman, protesting at B'nai B'rith International headquarters in Washington, D.C., April 20, 2002
"I hate white people. All of them. Every last iota of a cracker, I hate it. We didn't come out here to play today. There's too much serious business going on in the black community to be out here sliding through South Street with white, dirty, cracker whore bitches on our arms, and we call ourselves black men. … What the hell is wrong with you black man? You at a doomsday with a white girl on your damn arm. We keep begging white people for freedom! No wonder we not free! Your enemy cannot make you free, fool! You want freedom? You going to have to kill some crackers! You going to have to kill some of their babies!"
    — King Samir Shabazz, head of the party's Philadelphia chapter, in a National Geographic documentary, January 2009
    Background
The New Black Panther Party (NBPP) is a black separatist group that believes black Americans should have their own nation. In the NBPP's "10 Point Platform," which is a takeoff on the 10-point platform of the original Black Panther Party, the NBPP demands that blacks be given a country or state of their own, within which they can make their own laws. They demand that all black prisoners in the United States be released to "the lawful authorities of the Black Nation." They claim to be entitled to reparations for slavery from the United States, all European countries and "the Jews."
The NBPP is notable for its anti-white and anti-Semitic hatred. Its leaders have blamed Jews for the 9/11 terrorist attacks and for the slave trade. The late former party chairman Khalid Abdul Muhammad has said, "There are no good crackers, and if you find one, kill him before he changes." A document on the NBPP website entitled "The Nationalist Manifesto" claims that white men have a secret plan to commit genocide against the non-white races. It also refers to black people who condone mixed-race relationships as the "modern day Custodians [sic] of Uncle Tom's Cabin."
NBPP members also hold black-supremacist religious beliefs. Some think that blacks are God's true "chosen people" and that the people normally called "Jews" actually are impostors (this ideology is remarkably similar to the white racist theology of Christian Identity, which says whites are God's real chosen people). They believe that blacks are naturally superior to people of other races. In September 1997, Khalid Muhammad said that he could not be anti-Semitic because Jews had no claim to the term "Semite."
Members of the original Black Panther Party, which has no connection to the NBPP, have heavily criticized the New Black Panther Party. An open letter from the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation, which is run by members of the original Black Panther Party, decries the NBPP for being a hateful and unconstructive group. Bobby Seale, a famous founding member of the original Panthers, calls the organization "a black racist hate group."
By injecting themselves into racially charged and other high-profile events, the NBPP has won considerable press attention. When members march, they often wear coordinated, military-style uniforms — black boots, black pants, a black shirt with NBPP patches on it, and black berets.
The NBPP claims to have been founded in 1989, although the group was not active until 1990. That year, Aaron Michaels, a Dallas radio personality, assembled a group of black citizens to engage in community activism. He called the group the New Black Panther Party. One of its main goals was to increase black representation on the Dallas school board. The group also attempted to reduce drug dealing in certain black neighborhoods. In 1993, the group organized an event called the National Black Power Summit and Youth Rally, which had around 200 attendees. White supremacist Tom Metzger spoke at the event as a special guest. Although Metzger is no friend of blacks, both he and NBPP members believe that whites and blacks should live in their own separate countries. At that 1993 meeting, Michaels made the likely exaggerated claim that the NBPP had formed 20 chapters.
In 1994, Khalid Abdul Muhammad became actively involved with the NBPP. Muhammad was formerly the personal assistant to Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam, which the Southern Poverty Law Center has listed as a black hate group since 1998. In November 1993, while still associated with the Nation of Islam, he gave a notorious speech at Kean College in New Jersey. He accused Jews of being responsible for the slave trade, called Jews "bloodsuckers," and asserted that white South Africans should be killed if they refuse to leave South Africa. The speech caused a controversy, leading Farrakhan to demote Muhammad from his position as national spokesman in February 1994. In May 1994, Muhammad was shot and injured by James Bess, a former Nation of Islam member.
A Dallas school board meeting was canceled in May 1996 after the Panthers threatened to come with loaded weapons. NBPP founder Aaron Michaels and Khalid Muhammad worked together closely during this time, appearing together at a press conference regarding the school board incident.
In 1997, Fahim Minkah and Marvin Crenshaw, two original Panthers from Dallas, won an injunction against Aaron Michaels disallowing him from using either the old Panther name or its logo. The injunction was never enforced and the NBPP continued to use the Panther name and the Panther logo to this day.
On June 7, 1998, James Byrd, Jr., was murdered in Jasper, Texas, by three white men who chained the black man to the back of a truck and dragged him to death. In the wake of the horrific murder, Khalid Muhammad led a group of armed NBPP members to Jasper where members confronted a group of Klansmen who rallied in the town. About 50 Panthers, a dozen of whom carried rifles and shotguns, faced off against about 20 Klan members. Police officers erected a barricade to separate the two groups. NBPP members twice tried to break through and confront the KKK protesters, but failed to do so. Frustrated, Muhammad called for his followers to attack the police, shouting: "Black people, we can take these bastards. We can run over the damn police and take their ass. Who's with me?" Police officers attempted to evacuate the Klan members, but a small group of Panthers surrounded one of their vehicles and started rocking it back and forth. As a result, one NBPP member was arrested. No further violence occurred.
In September 1998, Khalid Muhammad organized the Million Youth March in New York City. Then-Mayor Rudolph Giuliani attempted to prevent the group from holding the event, denying them a permit and referring to the rally as a "hate march." But the NBPP won a court battle, forcing the city to allow the event. Malik Zulu Shabazz, the future leader of party, played a prominent role in organizing the event. On Sept. 5, about 6,000 people attended the march while 3,000 police officers oversaw the event. A few minutes after the rally was scheduled to end, police began to disperse the crowd, resulting in a scuffle that left 16 police officers and 12 attendees injured. Muhammad reportedly encouraged the crowd to attack police officers with chairs and bottles and even to take the officers' guns if attacked. Shortly after this event, Muhammad became the national chairman of the NBPP, making him the leader of the organization.
Muhammad served as chairman until Feb. 17, 2001, when he died of a brain aneurysm. That year, Malik Zulu Shabazz, a Washington, D.C., attorney who had run unsuccessfully for the City Council in 1995, took over leadership of the group. He co-sponsored an Oct. 31, 2001 conference in which he and a handful of Muslim clerics blamed the Jews for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Said Shabazz: "Zionism is racism, Zionism is terrorism, Zionism is colonialism, Zionism is imperialism, and support for Zionism is the root of why so many were killed on September 11." He also referred to Israel and the United States as "terrorists." Shabazz would later claim that Jews had received advance warning of the attacks, a false conspiracy theory that is also highly popular in white supremacist and neo-Nazi circles.
Shabazz worked to improve relations between the NBPP and the Nation of Islam, where many NBPP members had their roots, including former leader Khalid Muhammad. In 2005, Louis Farrakhan invited Shabazz to be the co-convener of the 10th anniversary of the Million Man March. The groups also appeared together at events calling for reparations for black slavery. (That friendly relationship has continued. As late as January 2010, Shabazz was expressing his approval of the Nation of Islam and reiterating his commitment to support its efforts.)
In May 2006, Shabazz led a group of New Black Panthers in a protest on Duke University's campus in North Carolina. A few months earlier, members of Duke's lacrosse team had been accused of raping a black exotic dancer who they had hired to work a private party — charges that were ultimately shown to be false. The NBPP demanded that the accused players be found guilty and that all the students who were at the party be expelled. Several of the NBPP members came to the protest armed. Two brought knives, some wore bulletproof vests, and one brought a gun, which a police officer insisted that he leave in his car.
In August 2006, several members of the NBPP served as security personnel for former U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney's primary campaign, which she lost. After McKinney lost the primary, a journalist asked her what she attributed her loss to. Hashim Nzinga, the NBPP National Chief of Staff, interrupted: "Why do you think she lost? You wanna know what led to the loss? Israel. The Zionists. You. Put on your yarmulke and celebrate." (The former Georgia Democrat and the NBPP's connection continues today. In May 2010, McKinney spoke at the NBPP Black Power Convention.)
In September 2007, three white men and three white women in West Virginia were arrested for kidnapping, torturing, and sexually assaulting Megan Williams, a 20-year-old mentally disabled black woman. In October 2007, Shabazz seized on Williams' case, demanding that all six of the defendants be charged with hate crimes — this despite Williams' previous romantic involvement with one of her assailants, which prosecutors said underlined how the crimes were not legally hate crimes. But Shabazz ignored the prosecutors, reaching out to Megan's mother, Carmen Williams, and giving her legal advice and supposedly working to raise money for her daughter.
On Nov. 3, 2007, Shabazz held a rally in front of the federal courthouse in Charleston, W.Va., where he demanded that all the defendants be charged with hate crimes. The rally drew about 1,000 people. The NAACP refused to endorse the event, presumably because of Shabazz and the NBPP's racist views. But Shabazz was supported by the Rev. Al Sharpton, who reportedly attended and later had Shabazz on his radio program, and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, which also reportedly endorsed the rally. After the event, Shabazz announced that he had collected at least $5,000 on Williams' behalf, and pledged to continue to raise money. Two weeks later, Logan County prosecutor Brian Abraham petitioned the court to appoint a legal guardian for Williams. He was worried that Williams' mother and Shabazz were not acting in Megan's best interests, and that the publicity was not good for Megan or her case. Shabazz challenged the guardian petition and it was denied. But many of those close to the case remained concerned about Shabazz's advocacy. In October 2009, Megan's attorney, Byron Potts, said, "I know for a fact she [Megan] has been manipulated. … People raised money for her, she never received that money."
On Nov. 4, 2008, two NBPP members showed up, wearing military-style fatigues and berets, at a Philadelphia polling station, supposedly to protect black voters from having their rights violated. King Samir Shabazz, the local NBPP chapter leader, brandished a nightstick and made threatening remarks to voters (much of this was captured on a videotape reportedly made by GOP poll watchers). An eyewitness claimed that Samir Shabazz said, "Cracker, you are about to be ruled by a black man." Jerry Jackson, a certified Democratic poll watcher who also wore NBPP garb, accompanied him. Police officers arrived at the scene and forced Samir Shabazz to leave, though they allowed Jackson to stay. After the incident, the NBPP distanced itself from Samir Shabazz's actions and suspended the Philadelphia chapter.
The Justice Department filed civil charges of voter intimidation in January 2009 under the Voting Rights Act (the Bush Administration, which filed the charges in its last hours, chose not to pursue a criminal case) against King Samir Shabazz, Jerry Jackson, the New Black Panther Party and Malik Zulu Shabazz. They won the case by default in April 2009 when the defendants did not appear in court. But DOJ officials under the Obama Administration decided to drop most of the charges, saying the evidence did not substantiate the allegations that votes were suppressed or that the party or its leader were culpable. They did, however, get an injunction against Samir Shabazz that forbade him to bring a weapon to any Philadelphia polling place until 2012.
In January 2010, Samir Shabazz was reinstalled as head of the newly reactivated Philadelphia chapter. On April 23, 2010, he wrote in a reference to the prosecutors who investigated the case against him, "You are nothing more than a modern day lynch mob." In May 2010, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez defended the Department of Justice's decision to drop the charges. He cited local officers' decision to allow Jackson to remain when they removed Samir Shabazz (suggesting that Jackson was not intimidating voters) and the fact that there were no similar incidents at other polling stations. These facts, Perez argued, exonerated Jackson, Malik Shabazz, and the NBPP from charges of voter intimidation. Nevertheless, a wide array of right-wing and conservative individuals and groups attacked the DOJ's decision as supposedly revealing the Obama Administration's refusal to pursue cases against black racists.
The group made headlines across the country in March 2012 when Mikhail Muhammad, a New Black Panther leader in Florida, said the NBPP was placing a $10,000 “bounty” on a neighborhood watch volunteer who killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, an African American, in Sanford, Fla. When asked whether he was inciting violence, Muhammad said, “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.” The group also called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture the Hispanic man who shot the unarmed teen as he was walking through a gated community wearing a hooded sweatshirt and carrying only some candy and iced tea. The lack of charges against the gunman, who claimed he was attacked by Martin, sparked nationwide outrage.

New Black Panther Declares: We Will Hunt ‘Pink A**es’ Down, ‘Kill ‘Em, Dig ‘Em Up & Kill ‘Em Again & Again & Again!’ | Video

New Black Panther Describes Digging Up White People and Killing them Again and Again
“That’s our brother, brother General Taco!” the New Black Panther radio host announced.
General T.A.C.O. (Taking All Capitalists Out) of the New Black Panther Party had some less than encouraging words for white people this week. Mr. Taco, speaking on NBPP Radio on Sunday, decided to let white America know that the NBPP will “hunt” their “pink asses down.” Hunting white people down will serve to accomplish General Taco’s other stated goal of “destroying white supremacy and capitalism.”
Gen. Taco also justifies his killing of white people because of their “history” of pushing “crack, AIDS and unemployment” on black men and women in order to “exterminate” them.

But simply hunting and killing the white person does not satisfy Mr. Taco:
“Once [white people] die, we should dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, bury ‘em, dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, and again, and again!”

FBI: New Black Panther leader inciting violence in Ferguson - National Crime & Courts

On Wednesday, Fox St. Louis reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has warned that a leader of the radical New Black Panther Party is in Ferguson, Mo., advocating violence against police.
"FBI confirmed document that says new black panther leader is in area encouraging violence against cops did indeed come from FBI," tweeted Fox 2 reporter Roche Madden. Earlier in the day, he issued a tweet indicating that he was attempting to get confirmation of the document from the FBI. On Tuesday, he said rocks were being thrown at patrol cars and officers were targeted with deaththreats.
TPNN posted a picture of demands made by the NBPP and other groups, including the local Nation of Islam and the Organization for Black Struggle, an organization identified as pro-Hamas. The groups demand the officer involved in the shooting of Michael Brown be immediately identified, fired and charged with murder.
According to Madden, "Chawn Kweli and other members of the NBPP are in town" responding to the shooting. Kweli, according to his Facebook profile, is the National Chief of Staff for the NBPP.
"This is the hour all the greats promised," Kweli wrote on Facebook, Madden said. "If you die, die like a warrior. I’ll see you on the ground.”
This is not the first time the New Black Panther Party has sought to stir racial strife. Throughout the George Zimmerman trial, for example, the NBPP advocated violence against white people and placed a bounty on Zimmerman.
As we reported in May 2012, King Samir Shabazz, the National Field Marshal for the New Black Panther Party, called for violence against white people on his national radio program. A month later, a New Black Panther Party leader using the name "General Taco" said members of the New Black Panther Party will hunt down and kill white people.
“Once [white people] die, we should dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, bury ‘em, dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, and again, and again!” he exclaimed. He justified his comments by claiming white people have a “history” of pushing “crack, AIDS and unemployment" on black people in order to "exterminate” them. So far, Attorney General Eric Holder has taken no action against the organization.

New Black Panther Leader Says He’s Gonna Hunt Down And Kill White People

On Sunday, a New Black Panther Party leader using the name General Taco said members of the New Black Panther Party will hunt down and kill white people, The Blaze reported Wednesday. Saying that the future of the organization is “absolute total destruction” of what he called “white supremacy” and capitalism on the planet, General Taco said the group would hunt their “pink a**es down.”
Taco, whose name stands for “taking all capitalists out,” wasn’t finished. “Once [white people] die, we should dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, bury ‘em, dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, and again, and again!” he exclaimed, getting more agitated as he spoke. He justified his remarks by claiming white people have a “history” of pushing “crack, AIDS and unemployment” on black people in order to “exterminate” them. Taco’s call for racial violence is nothing new for the group.
On Sunday, the St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida, chapter of the New Black Panther Party issued a tweet calling for the murder of white people.
“Kill these racist h**keys, these cr***ers, these pigs, these pink people, It has been long overdue!” the organization said on Twitter.
In a 32-page newsletter released in May, NBPP leader Malik Zulu Shabazz suggested that violence may be the most effective way to advance their agenda.
“Black America, you must decide who will best represent you in 2012. You must decide if you will choose the ballot as a means to change, or the bullet,” he wrote, saying that “demanding change does come by any means necessary.”
According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the New Black Panther Party is a “virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers.”

Communists and the New Black Panthers Gin Up Violence and Racial Conflict in Ferguson

What started as a contested shooting of 18 year-old Michael Brown, has now been nudged into a full blown racial conflict in Ferguson, MO by Communists, the New Black Panthers and the DOJ (yes, you read that right, the US Department of Justice). Trayvon Martin didn’t get the job done, so the race hustlers have moved on to their next racial martyr to incite riots and violence and further the Progressive agenda.
Without a trial or facts entered into evidence… without Constitutional rights employed and innocent till proven guilty assumed… people who hate full time and want us at each others throats literally, have declared officer Darren Wilson guilty of state assassination (per the Rev. Jesse Jackson). The media have provided his name, address, phone number and email to the public and have done everything but draw a map to his front door — scratch that — visually they have drawn a map to his home. He can’t go there anymore. The lapdog media, aka the propaganda arm of the Obama Administration, is furthering mob rule and chaos. What a shock.

Good, hard working people don’t understand why the police now are just standing there doing nothing. Armed to the teeth, they roll in like the military ready to quash riots. Bad, bad PR for the cops and certain leaders freaked out when cops arrested reporters and destroyed their recording equipment. Now, it seems like they have gone the other way and have bowed to political pressure to not intervene. They’ve been ordered to stand down. It’s one thing to protest what you consider to be a wrongful death at the hands of the police… it’s quite another to loot, steal and destroy for the hell of it. People protecting their homes and businesses would like to know why the police won’t just do their job:
The looters have supporters and instigators out en force. Enter the Communists, the New Black Panthers and the DOJ.
Last night in Ferguson, the New Black Panthers led a massive march of over a thousand people, chanting:
    What do we want?
    – Darren Wilson
    How do we want him?
    – Dead
The DOJ is in the thick of all this. Within the group chanting for death to the aforementioned officer, is none other than the Civil Rights Division group known as the Community Relations Service. Think about that long and hard. They are calling for the death of an officer and inciting riots and violence. They are from our government and are here to help. I’ve actually seen pictures of Chief Johnson working with the New Black Panthers during all of this. I mean, what is he thinking?
The CRS is there at taxpayer cost with all expenses paid for by the federal government. So ask yourself this: “why is Eric Holder allowing this type of racial animus”? Why isn’t the police or local law enforcement stopping these visible requests for the death of a public official?
The obvious answer is they agree with it. If they did not accept and agree with it, it would not be allowed.
This is the same thing that happened in 2012 at Fort Mellon Park in Sanford Florida.
Exactly right. And the martyrdom of Trayvon Martin continues, along with the long anticipated and yearned for race war that Leftists have been pushing for over several decades.
The New Black Panthers are the black equivalent of the KKK. They hate all white people and they have no problem with murdering adults and children alike. Looting was rampant and one person was shot last night (note: not by a cop). And although The Washington Post went out of their Marxist little way to indicate how many bad guns were present, the seven people who were arrested last night were unarmed. And the New York Times couldn’t help themselves — they just had to blame white people. In point of fact, you should probably lay the blame on Progressives for creating these urban hellholes in the first place. The New Black Panthers warned of other revolutionary groups arriving as well:
From a local source in Ferguson: The New Black Panthers say, “We can not guarantee your safety.” – Three revolution groups are in town. They want absolute mayhem.
Communist groups such as the Revolution Club Chicago arrived early on and were the instigators of unrest. Now there are several reports that Chicago Communists and New Black Panther leaders have infiltrated the protest movement in Ferguson, Missouri.
Here’s the inside scoop on the latest violence in St. Louis. There’s a lot of buzz on the ground about a communist group that was bussed into Ferguson from Chicago. They provoked the police with Molotov cocktails the night of August 13th while the local protesters peacefully protested. That’s when police responded with gas and flash grenades. Their reported goal is to make the protests go super-violent, spread across the region, and spark a revolution. They are said to visibly stand out from the local protesters in how they respond to police and intimidate reporters when photos and video are taken of them. Expect to hear more about this in the coming days. H/T Ed & Kenny

So, you’ve got white Chicago Communists and the uber racist New Black Panthers fomenting chaos, violence and rioting. You’ve got the DOJ on the ground and in the mix and praying for an excuse to declare martial law.
    From the New American:
Fox News staffers uncovered more from Kweli’s Facebook page: “This is the hour all the greats promised. If you die, die like a warrior. I’ll see you on the ground.”
On Wednesday the group made a list of demands, along with other groups including the Nation of Islam and the Organization for Black Struggle. Part of the list mandates that the officer involved in the shooting of Michael Brown on Saturday be fired and charged with murder.
On Friday morning the New Black Panthers made their presence felt by taking over a press conference scheduled for Ferguson’s Police Chief Tom Jackson. The group’s leader, Hashim Nzinga, grabbed the mic and ranted to the audience gathered there, criticizing President Obama, calling him a “Mau Mau” from Kenya, adding, “He need to go back to his roots and stop people from killing Africans in the streets.”
The Panthers is the same group that tried to stir up trouble in Sanford, Florida, following the shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman back in 2012 when it announced a bounty of $10,000 for the capture of Zimmerman — “dead or alive” — resulting in Zimmerman going into hiding. When asked at the time why the party was deliberately inciting violence there, then-leader Mikhail Muhammad answered: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”
These are the same thugs who intimidated voters during past elections. They are a tool of Marxists and Islamists and they are deadly.
    From The Blaze:
When they took over, Chief Johnson left the area. What they should have done was take back control. This sets a bad precedent of the police backing down to violent thugs. You can bet all of this was a result of a call from Eric Holder. Eric Holder, who is now ordering a third autopsy of Brown, because he didn’t like the findings of the first two. Meanwhile, the New Black Panthers and their marchers are ignoring the imposed curfew and the place is one breath away from martial law.
You’ve got Communists and the New Black Panthers, along with race hustlers and our own DOJ ginning up violence in Ferguson. It’s their vision for all of America and they want to set the country on fire. We now have so many emergencies going on, from Amnesty to Ferguson… Iraq to the IRS/EPA… that Americans are overwhelmed. Just as was intended.
As one Chicago thug famously said, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.”
Don’t have a nice crisis for your chaos party? No problem: the Communists and the New Black Panthers have your back. Just call 1-800-VIO-LENT, and they can bring your custom crisis & chaos right to your door. And you get the racial conflict at no extra charge. And who knows, they may even throw in martial law as an added bonus.
